Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancelations within 3 hours of ordering.
• Please contact me within 3 days of delivery for returns & exchanges
• Ship items back to my studio within 7 days of delivery.
• Request a cancelation of your order within 3 hours of checkout.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom & Personalized Orders
• Altered items
• Earrings
• Worn items
Return & Exchanges
Please contact me if you have issues with your order or if it arrives in less than perfect condition. I want you to be happy and will do my best to make it right.
In the unfortunate event that there is an issue with your order, I can issue a refund – less return shipping if I am contacted within 3 days of delivery and the order is returned within 7 days. While return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, Tayghin Designs will refund the full purchase price originally paid.
RETURNS must be shipped back in the original packaging. Most importantly, necklaces or pieces with chain must be returned on the tag or packaging it was sent in to prevent tangling and delicate pieces must be kept in their boxes to avoid damage in transit. Items that are improperly packaged and damaged as a result, will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the original purchase price that will be deducted from your refund.
I am more than happy to resize or adjust items that you have purchased in the incorrect size or length; however you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from my studio. A shipping return invoice with the amount will be sent to you upon the item being received at my studio. This shipping invoice must be paid before the item is returned back to you.
Cancelations
I do not accept cancelations beyond 3 hours of placing your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within the 3-hour time frame from checkout.
